Great value with lots of standard features. Even though others in this class state low price online, I was unable to find those prices in our market. The equinox was about 4k less for the same features as Honda or Toyota or Kia or Ford.

Renee was very helpful in getting me a car she stayed late to make sure we could find the car that I wanted. Financing was easy. I knew what I wanted to pay and after two discussions, the price that I wanted was given. my only complaint is when I arrived for my appointment all the men in the dealership were standing around saw me and ignored me, I saw one woman assumed she was Renee and walked up to her. She was on the phone handling another customer. There needs to be some type of Process for customers to check in when entering the dealership. But overall a good experience

Everyone was friendly and courteous. We weren't rushed and took the time to answer any questions we had and asked multiple times if we had any questions. Our team member Joe Z went above and beyond for us. He was AMAZING with our daughter, making sure she felt that she was part of our buying process. He even shared his snacks with her lol she had mentioned she was getting hungry (we were there around 5pm) so he was quick to go get drinks and snacks. We are THANKFUL for Joe Z.
