I had a great experience. Jessup got me an Uber to take me home till work was done. About 4 hours till they called me and came and picked me back up and brought back to Jessup to pay the bill. I had all filters changed...fuel injection system serviced..this was my 40,000 mile service to bring everything up to standards.

she took care of my needs correctly, she was able to get me a loaner vehicle, she was able to get warranty coverage. I will only get sevice and buy another vehicle from this location.

All good, except you ran out of transmission fluid , for my C8. no problem caused a day delay. Reception area is crowded. Very busy place

The Tom Bell sales staff went out of their way to ensure that I was able to get into the car that I wanted with the payments that I could afford. When I entered the lot the sales person, Billy showed me all of the cars that I wanted to see. Opening them up and showing and telling me about all of the aspects of each SUV model. Upon delivery Billy walked me through all of the functions of the SUV. The sales management team Jimmy and Johnny were able to get me the price without all of the drama of the back and forth negotiations. My service advisor was Michael A. He did a tremendous job in explaining what was required at this service. He also gave me the upcoming services my vehicle will need in the future with estimated costs and approximate mileage markers of when each service should be done. Michael is very professional and friendly. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest I give him a 10+. The dealership is always very clean, and the waiting room is very comfortable.

My wife and I were contacted by Kayla about our inquiry of a 2025 Chevrolet 1500. Kayla called and sent us text and emails of what was in stock, answering questions and stayed in contact with us and letting us know that Aaron would be contacting us for follow up at the dealership. Aaron contacted us to let us know what we could do as far as sending him information ahead of going to the dealership to save time and to help make our purchase go smoother.
