We have purchased several vehicles by several different dealerships over the years and I can honestly say that Kurt is by far the most compassionate, humble, organized, and well researched sales professional we have EVER met! People like Kurt reset the entire “car salesman” persona! Unfortunately, car salesman have gotten a bad rap because there are many out there that are pushy and aren’t truly thinking about the customer, but not this man! Go to him, RUN to him if you need a vehicle! He is a family man, father to 3 kiddos and TRULY will meet you where you need to be in the pursuit of finding the vehicle you want! The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

I was very happy with my time dealing with Charles. He had the truck I wanted to test drive ready before I arrived at the dealership. I felt like family. Charles was very, very patient with me the whole time.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with two ELCO Chevy's, one 10 yr old Tahoe and a two-year-old Trailblazer that my children didn't want I felt it best to combine the trade-ins and purchase a new Tahoe that will take me another 10 years, providing me not only transportation but the security I need moving forward.
