A light went on on the dashboard and I took it to the dealership to get it looked at. The service department called me the next day and said it would be $11,000 and the engine was no good. I was forced to buy a new car and my Chevy Cruz 2017 had only 54,000 miles on it.

Terry Kruse (service advisor)and the rest of the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I had set an appointment and they did a great job of getting in and out in a timely manner. Terry showed me where the waiting room was and explained to me where the complimentary coffee and water was located. Terry also handed me a detailed report of what was done on this service. Dropped my 2025 Traverse off at 9:00 AM and it was ready by 2:00 PM. Had OEM running boards installed and they look great. Needed a little boost for my wife to make it easier to enter the car. Works exactly like I had hoped. And as a bonus I used GM points to help pay the tab!
