I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming! Troy went above and beyond to find me the perfect car. Keri was also very reassuring when asking question about the vehicle I was looking at. As I drove an hour to come see it!

Buy it! For the price, for the incentives, for the ride, for the tech and for the economy of driving a full EV. We have a 2024 and can't say enough good things about it!

My Equinox EV has exceeded expectations. It is stylish, roomy and has more than enough power. Charging at home is a breeze and charging on the road takes time and good planning. I highly recommend recommend this car.

So I love this car only bad thing is no Apple car play. I have the AWD and it feels so good in the snow has lots of room compared to the Bolt EUV and the range is wonderful.

Pros: - lots of miles on a full charge; inexpensive to run. - excellent ride - fantastic take-off and acceleration, although you can run into intense torque steer. - Comfortable inside. Well insulated for noise. - Beautiful and large LED screen which is easy to use. Tilted toward the driver which is another plus. - The myChevrolet app is great for getting the car warmed up / cooled ahead of time. - Very attractive exterior - more so than the EV Blazer. - Good controls that allow you to select more specific conveniences, door lock features and the like. Cons: - Cheap interior with a lack of fit and finish. - No grab handle for the driver's side door. - Awful stereo system. The 2024 EV did not offer a Bose system option. The one included sounds like a transistor radio. - Severe dashboard glare on a sunny day. Very hard to see outside. - Brake and gas pedals are too high. A smart move would have been to make them adjustable. - The door handles are useless. They automatically open in regular weather but forget that idea if the car freezes over. The insides of the handles are slippery - no grip at all. - To turn the car off, you have to reach behind the steering wheel and press a little Power button on the screen. Why? - The bottom of the steering wheel where the bottom spoke meets the wheel has sharp plastic edges where you can easily scrape your hand if you like to hold the wheel at that position. - Takes longer to warm up than a gas car. - The center to window edge roll of the windshield wipers is just not necessary and they are awkward. It's not a bus for crying out loud. - Interior back hatch release button is hard to find and on the dash, rather than having it on the door. - the manual climate controls are hard to reach and difficult to figure out. - The wiper controls are on the left and are a bunch of mixed controls that make you fumble through the thing to figure out which item to turn on. Should have been kept on the right hand side.

Came on for a minor repair for my 2023 Chev Bolt, was presented with an offer on a 2025 Blzer I could not pass up.

The Salesman was excellent. All good experience. Only negative was the car came in contrary to what we hoped for. Nothing to do with sales or dealership. Ours sales person was excellent, without Cecilia I don?t think we would of made it through the long process. Getting a trade in for our car took way to long. They need speed up the process! Also the finance part was backed way up and also need to speed that up!

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. I just wanted to thank Rob for getting me out of a difficult jamb. My battery was failing, which required multiple jumps, and Rob was able to get me into service immediately even though his schedule was quite full. Rob had the battery replaced within 30 minutes of my arrival. I have never visited Fowler dealership in the past but will make it my go to place for future services.
