By far the best car I’ve owned. It has a sleek look to it but also drives smooth and is very comfortable inside. I’ve had mine for a year and even though it has over 100,000 miles on it, I’ve never had a major problem with it. The great gas mileage and all of the features it offers are other great perks. This car is definitely worth the price.

First major repair at 130k mi (PCV Valve). First set of front brakes at 134k mi. It has been extremely reliable even at 160k and counting.

I bought my car used( it was about a year old.) Very sleek and classy exterior design and good interior design. Infotainment system is easy to use. I get a little over 600 miles to a tank in the Summer, it drops a bit in the winter but that’s to be expected. Also had a smooth ride. The only drawbacks for me are that the engine is slightly noisier than its full gas counterpart and I have had issues with the braking system. I really love my car, though!

While design and styling is in the eye of the beholder, I truly like the safety, drivability, roominess, and handling of the Malibu Hybrid. The most common knock I have heard is the lack of an interior trunk release. After looking into installing one I concluded the exterior release button served all my needs since I would be out of the car to access the trunk anyway. If you have groceries delivered to your car then you can always use the key fob. Not an issue at all. With the majority of my driving on highways the average fuel economy over the 6 months of ownership has been 43.1 mpg.

Plenty of room and you can't beat the gas mileage at 44/48 MPG. I can't understand why they stopped making this model because I would certainly buy another. Accelerates well. Comfortable seating and a Bose stereo tops it off. Love this car.

Had a very good experience working with John and staff at Courtesy Auto Sales. People are very laid back with no real pressure to buy, although they make that process very easy. Walked away with a nice vehicle at a fair price, with a good interest rate and a fair value for my trade-in. I'd recommend giving them a visit when interested in purchasing another vehicle.

The service went well, but they drove my truck to see if they could determine what the vibration was that I was hearing. They said that the sound was normal...... IT IS NOT!! I had to listen to it most of the way home. It isn't a motor sound I am hearing. It is around the steering column. Had they asked me to go with them to point out the sound I was hearing, the problem could have been determined. I will take it to someone else to have it checked and will then figure out what has to be done to be reimbursed for the service rendered.

All good with this car! I have 33000 miles on mine. it is much better than the Camry and the Fusion hybrids by a long shot I have driven them for about 10,000 each and found the Malibu better in all aspects

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. Today I found a truck I've been looking for, last couple weeks. The buying of a new vehicle experience can really show you the worst of sales practices and environments. For instance - you call ahead for test drive--you drive 50 mins. - You take it out-the vehicle has 7 miles of fuel-yes 7 miles till empty-- a serious whining noise when moving- Nope let's go home. Well today all that changed. I found a truck on internet like I wanted-called this morning to see if it's still in stock. It was-- got there about 11;30. The truck looked like the pictures on the web. Took it for a test drive -more than half a tank of fuel. While i was gone they were appraising my truck. I was ready to fight for a amount--got back--they offered $4000 more than I had in my mind-NO NEED TO FIGHT! Their sales area was so relaxing to be seated in. Nicely decorated -polite leisurely dressed sales folks- no fancy suited faces that have to smile at you. Just welcome to my house --let's get this done! They got me a interest rate lower than I had in mind-again no need to fight! After all paper work was complete--I was ready to move to the office with the fancy lighted signing table where you write with your finger on the glass. Nope, didn't happen. He put a paper on the desk -told us what we were signing and where to sign--YES we used a pen to sign these documents. WOOOO! All done - we clean out my trade in --hop in my new (to me) vehicle and headed home. Smiling and happy. In and out of a car trade and buy in 2 HOURS--yes 2 HOURS. The guys we dealt with were Caleb and Jordan-great -pleasant- informed-no pressure-get this done experience. While loading my truck a guy in shorts --a pull over shirt and a baseball cap came out to thank us for our business and wished us a safe trip home--I believe he was the owner. This happened at Mark Martins Motors in Manheim, PA --Sorry I had a share something GOOD happening in this world today. 5 stars out of 5 -- Thanks for listening--Sam

2018 Malibu hybrid - the car lives up to all expectations. I have had it for little over a month now, 1600 miles so far. The dealer where I bought it had several of them with a very sizeable discount, about $10 K off the sticker. Mine has leather interior and glass roof all the way to the back seats- love it. The good: The car looks great inside and outside. Very comfortable, quiet ride. Simple, intuitive, easy to operate center console. Lane keep assist - gentle and unobtrusive. Fuel economy - on my 20 mile commute with 25 traffic lights my average MPG are in the upper 40s, as advertised. On some trips in the 50s. That said, beware- the MPGs suffer a lot once you turn on a heater or AC, much more so than on the gas powered car, because engine needs to run a lot more just to make heat, circulate water and/or drive ac compressor. This is so in all hybrids. Worst case, on days like that the hybrid just becomes a car with a pretty decent fuel economy in the upper 30s. Few shortcomings: you won't like it if you need strong pick-up off the stop and zippy drive- this one doesn't have it. Collision sensor - first few times it came on (was set too sensitive) it almost freaked me out. Then I turned the sensitivity down some, it got better. Another area where a slight improvement may be needed is when you come out of a turn, if you release the steering wheel hoping that the car will straighten out itself, it will just continue driving in a circle. I need to guide the car through the turn all the way. Also, does not have either a CD player or thumb drive USB port. Has radio, including XM, and can connect a phone, which I haven't bothered to do yet. Doesn't have a spare tire, unlike some competing full size sedans (Camry and I think Accord hybrids). Overall none of it is that big a deal for me.

very nice folks am still in the process of negotiating. They are responsive but not over bearing. Possibly they wont allow me set my on price but as they say it aint over till its over: Seem like quality operation.

I'm saving so much on gas and it is far more comfortable than other hybrids. When looking for a hybrid, I found most of them look like "mom cars". The Malibu Hybrid is NOT the case! It has a fierce exterior and in interior built for a family with teenagers. Very impressed!

We were looking for a newer delivery van for our company. We went to look at the van we liked at Ridgeview Motors. This is my first Chevy product. It is much better than the products of 5 years ago. I switched from a Chrysler and I am not at all unhappy about it. The ride is comfortable and the car is stylish. The inside features are nothing to write home about but just make sure that you have some money in your budget for an aftermarket back up camera and navigation system. Onstar is a great feature for GM and can virtually replace your AAA membership. All in all, I am very happy with this vehicle. We will have to wait and see what the long term "reliability" is on it.
