I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I like to buy vehicles every few years. So I've been to many dealers. One of the things I loved about this place was that it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. They didn't push you or hurry you. Steve was my salesman he was very helpful angenuinely nice. The Chevy Malibu I bought was sweet. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you guys.

Very good fuel millage. Not transmission problems yet. Have 103000kms. Starter failed in 2019, repaired under warranty. Has great power for a 5.3L. Quite and soild build

The truck has been very reliable up to now and rides great and toes well however I am worried about the lifter problem with the motors that are in these as well as the torque converter in driveshaft all appear to be very common problems which GM has not decided to make a recall on yet

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! My lease was up on a few months and this particular morning when I was driving to work there was a loud grinding noise coming from under my truck. So, I called Ashley in service and told her I would be bringing my truck in this afternoon. As always she greeted me with a big smile. When I explained the issue and about my lease being up soon, she introduced me to Adrian. From that moment he had everything under control. He asked me what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. He spoke to a service writer, came out with numbers I was happy with, showed me a truck I asked for and the deal was done! Adrian went above and beyond. from the storage boxes under the rear seats to the safe in the center console. He even cut off my trailer hitch lock on Saturday for me. I Adrian and Ashley a 10+!!! GREAT JOB!

I recently began searching for a well-cared-for used SUV, and had started viewing vehs and contacting dealerships. I came across a few vehs I liked at Carizona in Mesa, so I arranged an approx time to come and look. Taylor Moilan reached out to me via email from my contact prior to my arrival, so once I got there I met up with him. He took me to see the first SUV, which was nice but didn't really click with me. I told him I would do some more looking and researching, but the way I was treated by him made me decide I was going to buy from him if at all possible-he is personable, easy-going and made me feel at ease--no pressure. Sure enough, I found some more vehs I wanted to try out, and back I went with a friend. The vibe at the dealership was very low-key, low-pressure. The 3rd SUV I test-drove was the one, and once the decision was made, I was driving it off the lot in about 2 hours. The finance mgr Yesi was amazing too, she made the process easy, smooth and a pleasure. My friend was so impressed, he decided he would buy his next car from Taylor as well. It was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
