2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

I have an Infiniti now but Don Hines will always get my business. They stand by their word. They correct mistakes and best of all, they ADMIT them!

Ive driven 43,000 miles. Runs and drives great. Love the 10 spd transmission for towing. Only issue was a faulty clock spring for heated steer wheel. Under warranty. Has the 6.2 ltr motor

This past Saturday, my wife, kids, and I went to a few dealerships before Andy Mohr and we either couldn't find a truck we liked or the numbers just didn't work. 5.3L, 18,000 miles, 2021 TB LT and have had no real issues. Ebrake triggered a warning message which was reset 1,000 miles ago no warning light since. MPG is decent but if you like to drive a vehicle it will be 13-14mpg. Wish the exhaust made real noise and GM loves thier 33's, come on 35s look fantastic. I had a 2017 LT Z71 5.3L L82 and had no issues at 65,000 miles when I traded her in.

I had a good experience shopping and buying with Brad. I called ahead and the car I was interested in was ready to test drive. When I requested a time I could take it to my mechanic Brad was very accommodating. Fritz promptly fixed some broken sensors as agreed before the sale. Very satisfied.

We were traveling out of town Monday at 6:00, outside temp -3 when service engine light came on. Whet to greenwood with my x5 and the service department was closed. Landon Powers in the service department was still there. He added fluids needed and added pressure to tires outside in the cold. He did it cheerfully with no charge. Thank you Landon. It was a very good experience. The service was quick. The service care people were pleasant and professional. I would recommend stoops as a good option for care service.

The dealership representative has been in constant contact with me which I appreciate. Although my initial selection didn't work out, they given me good alternative options and have promised to keep looking for a car similar to the one I was originally interested in.

Mark Ball does a very good job but he has one problem and it is the system he is using. It needs updated or a better system, It locked up on him three times and created problems for him. I would guess it happens to him all the time. If you guys are smart you get him a better system. It is costing you money. As an example it took him 30 minutes longer to do our order. If that happens three times a day it is costing you about 150,000 a week at least and at the end of the year times 50 it could cost you 7.5million a year so think about the money lost due to processing time.

Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

My experience was awesome. Unlimited Motors was very easy to deal with. The people there were so friendly and laid back I felt no pressure. I can recommend them without hesitation.
