Used 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 trucks for sale near Plainview, TN

Great experience ! Ron Srarr, our salesman was exceptional. He has the heart of a teacher when it comes to explaining all the bells and whistles.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

This is our 3rd vehicle from them and Bo and the team are great! Will be back!! That make it a easy process everytime thanks!

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

Ive driven 43,000 miles. Runs and drives great. Love the 10 spd transmission for towing. Only issue was a faulty clock spring for heated steer wheel. Under warranty. Has the 6.2 ltr motor

5.3L, 18,000 miles, 2021 TB LT and have had no real issues. Ebrake triggered a warning message which was reset 1,000 miles ago no warning light since. MPG is decent but if you like to drive a vehicle it will be 13-14mpg. Wish the exhaust made real noise and GM loves thier 33's, come on 35s look fantastic. I had a 2017 LT Z71 5.3L L82 and had no issues at 65,000 miles when I traded her in.

Had first service done on my GMC HD. I was taken in on my schedule appointment with no wait time. Truck was serviced quickly. Will be returning to them again.

My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

Everyone is genuine, no one plays games, they talk to you like a friend, and they don't degrade women like other places! I called about a truck that was for sale. Jeff answered the phone and told me it was still for sale. I asked him to hold it for me. I went right down to see it and he was very helpful. I bought the truck and Jeff showed me how it worked. He got me Kim Greene to fill out the paper work . It was getting late and I can not see good enough to drive at night. Jeff said he would have it delivered the next morning to my house in Sevierville. It was there by 8am. Both were great to work with. I have never gone to a better place to buy a vehicle. They added some running boards to it. When I was ready to leave the truck was ready to go. I have told my friends about Fox and how wonderful they were.
