I have been to many car dealerships but I have never been to one quite like this. The customer service was top notch! Tom Jennings puts more effort into finding you exactly what you want than anyone I have ever seen. His efforts are above and beyond. My experience at Ferris with Tom Jennings has set the bar pretty high for what I expect out of dealerships in the future. Overall, my experience was great! This is the 2nd Subaru i have purchased from Huebner Subaru and Katie Petry again did a great job ! Also the finance procedure was painless , he did a nice job also. He even refunded me for the remaining warranty from my 2013 Subaru Outback! The service dept. did an outstanding detail and cleaning of my car before i picked it up! This car was a 2018 Subaru Forester and the other one was a 2013 Subaru Outback..I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a good car at a reasonable price. Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. I felt very comfortable with everyone I spoke or text too. I do not like the car purchase process however I would buy from them again even though they are in Ohio and I am in Connecticut.

Adam is just a really nice man. There was absolutely no pressure. The transaction wasn’t the least bit stressful. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock so they got it in on a dealer trade. I made one trip to the dealership, signed all of the paperwork, and drove home in the new car in less than an hour and a half.
