Wish all dealerships were like these guys. Didn’t end up buying the rav4 from them but not because how I was treated. Very honest and forthright and I appreciate their willingness to talk to me as long as they did without any sales pressure. Got a feeling they really want what’s best for the customer. Wish they were closer.

Prestige Auto Group review
My name is keven Owens and I wrote a review about two weeks ago about the service that was provided to me and my wife Debra by this dealership and I may have wrote that review in haste. The company actually was very good to us and bent some rules to accommodate us in purchasing a vehicle from them. Also they, without seeing this vehicle in person made repairs that they didn't have to on our behalf. The staff WAS very patient and caring. I was having a bad day when I wrote that review two weeks ago and I am recinding that last review. Thank you!

Overall a good experience. Finance department was great. Took time to explain finance and warranty options.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

Serpentini Chevrolet Medina review
I had a great experience working with Lane Knicely at Serpentini Chevrolet Medina. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for instead of trying to push me into something I didn’t want. Lane explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave confident and happy with their purchase. If you’re looking for a salesperson who’s honest, responsive, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Lane at Serpentini Medina.
