I got exactly what I wanted and was treated with respect and kindness. I will be going back for my next car.
We went car shopping this past Saturday. We stopped at the Toyota store they had all the prices on all of there cars, when we went to the Hyundai store there where no prices and we where told a higher price then what was on the internet. Maguire is suppose to be an upfront lowest price dealer. Guess not any more!!!

I have to give kudos to sales associate Matt Jacobs. He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and patient. I am a middle-aged woman who is not very "techie", and his patience in going over all of the technical electronic aspects of the 2016 Ford Fusion I purchased was incredible. He made everything easy to understand, and has made himself very accessible since the purchase. He made me feel confident about my purchase too. I hope he is appreciated by his employers, as he is a great asset to this company.
Will Cascanett took a lot of the stress out of the buying experience. Very patient and responsive to questions. Quick turn-around from purchase through financing to driving off the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
The salesman I had made promises he didn't deliver on. 1. the people that were supposed to get the referral bonus for me buying a car still haven't seen that bonus & it's been over 2 months. The sales person keeps saying he'll check on it.
2. Will also told me when I signed that as a service to all new customers the dealer will order me an extra set of keys & fab & call me when ready to pick up...now I need to take my time off work to go there on a monday between 9-9:45 am to see if the key maker has time.
I would not recommend this salesman to anyone I know.

I found a used truck that I wanted at Elm Chevrolet but I live five hours away. From the first time I spoke with Mike, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Since I was traveling from so far away, Mike even crawled underneath the truck and took the pictures that I requested. We worked out all the details before I arrived and he had everything ready for when I got there. His Manager who completed the paperwork was also a pleasure to deal with. My significant other was not thrilled about the five hour journey but Mike went out of his way to recommend places in the area and we both left happy! Overall, it was an absolute pleasure purchasing from Mike and I would highly recommend doing business with Elm.
