We scheduled some warranty work with Joe in the service dept. He explained what they were going to do and why it was important to keep up with this service. When they were finishing up, he advised of a couple of filters that were very dirty and needed to be changed. He provided good communication throughout the work. Overall we are very pleased with the whole Tom Hodges team.

So I drive up unannounced and asked to speak with Zack told him who I was and about the vehicle I had saw on craigslist he showed me the vehicle and told me to test drive it as long as I wanted. After a lengthy test drive Zach asked what I thought I told him I wanted to test drive another truck so he gave me those keys upon return he asked once again what I thought told him I wanted to think about it so I made a couple calls and made my decision there was never any pressure to sell or try to push 1 vehicle more than the other.
