The staff was very helpful. He didn't waste any time getting me checked in. Very courteous. I took my car in Tuesday morning. I was told that it should be ready Thursday providing all parts necessary were available. My car was ready by Wednesday noon time which was a day earlier than expected.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Initially I was told there were not appointments available for about a month, but I left my car and they worked it in anyway -- they thought they could work it in in about a week and a half, but it only took them 4 days.
