The car was exactly as pictured with all the options as listed. Rick set me up with an on time transporter and it was $200 less than quoted . He set me up with courtesy delivery in Colorado and made everything as easy as possible for me. Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself.
