I needed parts for coke fleet ,and Rock Duenas of your parts department was spot on ,he always has a smile on his face ,goes out of his way to greet you if he sees you in other departments of the dealership or out on the streets . For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

I have had fords, GMC s, and Chevy trucks my whole life. I have to say that my 2019 6.0 Chevy 2500hd is the best truck that I have ever owned. I actually get a smile on my face every time I drive it. I like the way the interior is laid out. I love the room that it has in it. The electronics aren't over whelming in it. And it's so nice to drive. Now the fuel mileage is not the best. I drive my truck back and forth to work everyday and it's all highway and I'm averaging 15-17 mpg. But I drive it 70-80 mph. So if I slowed down it would, I'm sure do a little better than that. But the truck does everything that I need it to do really well. I pull our camper with it. I use it to get Hay for our cows. I haul cows and horses to and from auctions and shows. I love my truck and I will have it for years to come.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

I didn't end up buying from here but the interaction was top notch. Communicating through text, giving me clear numbers and even a video walk around of the car. The way online deals should be done. Will definitely keep in mind for future purchases.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

Have had my Chevrolet for one year and it is without doubt the best I've ever owned. Around town I get 18 mpg and on the road averaging 25 mpg with the Duramax diesel. Can fill up before my long trip and can go almost 600 miles before having to refill. Haul tons of hay constantly and it's like its not even there and the diesel brake makes stopping a breeze. Set cruise control and it will hold that speed up or down hill with the engine brake on. Love it, highly recommend it!

This truck has the 6.6 gas engines. I Don’t usually tow over 10,000lbs, so it has plenty of power for my needs. I like the size, but parking can sometimes be a challenge. Can’t comment on reliability, but so far I am pleased.
