Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

I have had fords, GMC s, and Chevy trucks my whole life. I have to say that my 2019 6.0 Chevy 2500hd is the best truck that I have ever owned. I actually get a smile on my face every time I drive it. I like the way the interior is laid out. I love the room that it has in it. The electronics aren't over whelming in it. And it's so nice to drive. Now the fuel mileage is not the best. I drive my truck back and forth to work everyday and it's all highway and I'm averaging 15-17 mpg. But I drive it 70-80 mph. So if I slowed down it would, I'm sure do a little better than that. But the truck does everything that I need it to do really well. I pull our camper with it. I use it to get Hay for our cows. I haul cows and horses to and from auctions and shows. I love my truck and I will have it for years to come.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

I have purchased several vehicles from Paul Masse in the past so I already knew what service level to expect. I was not surprised when they exceeded my expectations this time. For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

Nice clean cars a pleasure to deal with and if anything major goes wrong with the vehicle you can bring it back to them and they will fix it

My family and I were looking for a used car for my daughter, who was purchasing the vehicle all on her own! We found a car listed online at Wayland Automotive and came to check it out. We ended up purchasing from Rick, Elias, and Jeff, and couldn't be happier! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Richards Motorcars, mainly due to the GM I worked with, Joe, who was great. He was prompt and very easy to communicate with over the phone and via texts. He answered a lot of the questions I had before I even made it to the dealership. I made an appointment, checked out the car and was able to do the test drive, fill out all the paperwork, and complete the purchase in a little over an hour. I couldn’t recommend the dealership more.

Have had my Chevrolet for one year and it is without doubt the best I've ever owned. Around town I get 18 mpg and on the road averaging 25 mpg with the Duramax diesel. Can fill up before my long trip and can go almost 600 miles before having to refill. Haul tons of hay constantly and it's like its not even there and the diesel brake makes stopping a breeze. Set cruise control and it will hold that speed up or down hill with the engine brake on. Love it, highly recommend it!
