2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

They told me to bring it back. I brought it back almost a year later and my warranty was up. They completed the rim repair and I didn’t have to pay for the service to be done. Candidly, I had several less than favorable experiences at this location prior to McGovern taking over this dealership. My Chevy Traverse experienced severe electrical issues in my driveway that required towing and the technical diagnostic equipment and repair capabilities of a dealership. I had minimal expectations of customer service and fully expected to be taken advantage of in terms of cost. Jeffrey quickly set the bar going above and beyond in terms of accommodation from my initial notification to tow the vehicle to their location, and throughout the process pertaining to customer service and communication. The cost is what it is, but the personal element of customer service, care, communication and attention to detail surpassed my expectations and restored my confidence in the notion of a dealership.

Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful.
