Once the truck was delivered to Bowen Scarff, they surprised me and had it ready to go that next morning. Chris even came and picked me up at my home and brought me down to pick up the truck! After filling out the paperwork I was handed off to finance. Even here there was no pressure at all to purchase the ?extras? if I said no, he said ok and moved on. No trying to persuade me into it. My overall experience here was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The best surprise of all and may seem little to some was when I got in to drive away it had a full tank of gas. For the money spent......reliable hard working truck. I got the High Country. All the extras are worth it for the comfort on the long drives. Only thing I?d change, wish it got better mpg, but it is a HD work truck.

This truck feels very comfortable on the road, handles like a dream and is a pleasure to drive. It has enough power to pull whatever is asked of it and still gets respectable fuel mileage. It's exterior appearance is very appealing, especially the big sexy front grille and raised hood with functional air ram boasting the Duramax logo letting you know there's not some wimpy gas V8 powering this badboy. The interior is also easy on the eyes and pleasing with lots of leg room, a decent sized media center with navigation, very easy bluetooth connectivity for your devices, USB and media ports, an adjustable integrated brake controller, back up camera and an attractive instrument panel packed with scrollable info like tranny temperature, on the fly fuel mileage, water temp., trip odometer, outside air temp and much more. I could ramble on and on about this truck but... now I have to go drive it!

This dealership is composed of awesome people. They know their business well and are always willing to listen and deal with you. Everyone is interacting with you at all times. You are never alone, and if you need to have anything, they are on top of it right away. I got there on a Friday at about 11:00am, test drove the car, dealt with Scott most of the time, but Gary was also instrumental in to putting together the deal. I left with the car of my dream as my retirement gift from me to me and completed the transaction with financing and drove out with the car by 5:00pm. What a day! Honesty, if you find the car you really want there, this is the dealer you would actually enjoy dealing with. No haggling and no pressure, just good old business as it use to be years ago. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
