Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.
