Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. We weren't rushed and took the time to answer any questions we had and asked multiple times if we had any questions. Our team member Joe Z went above and beyond for us. He was AMAZING with our daughter, making sure she felt that she was part of our buying process. He even shared his snacks with her lol she had mentioned she was getting hungry (we were there around 5pm) so he was quick to go get drinks and snacks. We are THANKFUL for Joe Z. I purchased the 2017 GMC Yukon XL then great shape I had 90,000 miles I purchased the vehicle the following day drove it home and later that evening had issues with the transmission I contacted the dealership it told me to bring your vehicle back in after checking the vehicle they realized that they're definitely was an issue they gave me another car they service the transmission took 10 days to get my vehicle back the dealership drove it to me which was an hour and 15 minutes away I've had it for 5 days now and haven't had any issues as of yet hopefully there will be no further issues

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

My wife and I went into speak with Tina regarding her buying a car and unfortunately, my wife went with another dealership. Me knowing what a Fantastic sales person and great general person. Traded my 2001 suburban in after 20yrs. Had over 200,000 miles and was still in very good condition. No serious problems. Have owned many cars, suv's and pickups in my 60 plus yrs. of driving. The 2001 was easily the best overall. Traded for 2019 suburban LT 4x4. Have it about a yr. and took some getting used to. Both equipped about the same. The 2019 gets better mpg, handles a bit better, has more accessories (many of wich I will never use) absolutely do not care for the cargo area (fold down seats etc.) Live in Ks. and have family in Seattle, Wa.,Baltimore, Twin City, and Texas areas. Don't use third row seating much so the cargo area in the 2001 suited our ease of loading and more space. Occasional use around town but use mainly for long road travel. I think the 2001 had better comfort in the drivers seat,( better lumbar support ) At this point I prefer the 2001, let you know more if the 2019 makes around 200,000 miles or 20yrs.
