This vehicle is exactly what we wanted and is much easier to drive than we expected, considering how big it is. The ride is really smooth, and the vehicle seems to be really well-built. We love the interior features.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

Great car for someone who is bigger and taller than the average person, comfortable, fast, and with super cruise she pretty much drives herself. Well worth the money for American quality and craftsmanship. Support the united auto workers union UAW

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased my Suburban from Karls, his dealership is over 150 miles from my home, that's a 2.5 hour drive. What an experience I had. Yes, long ride and a lot of time driving but the service I received from Rob the salesman and more importantly, Leo the owner of the dealership was outstanding. I had many conversations, texts and videos with Leo regarding this particular Suburban he had in stock. Traded my 2001 suburban in after 20yrs. Had over 200,000 miles and was still in very good condition. No serious problems. Have owned many cars, suv's and pickups in my 60 plus yrs. of driving. The 2001 was easily the best overall. Traded for 2019 suburban LT 4x4. Have it about a yr. and took some getting used to. Both equipped about the same. The 2019 gets better mpg, handles a bit better, has more accessories (many of wich I will never use) absolutely do not care for the cargo area (fold down seats etc.) Live in Ks. and have family in Seattle, Wa.,Baltimore, Twin City, and Texas areas. Don't use third row seating much so the cargo area in the 2001 suited our ease of loading and more space. Occasional use around town but use mainly for long road travel. I think the 2001 had better comfort in the drivers seat,( better lumbar support ) At this point I prefer the 2001, let you know more if the 2019 makes around 200,000 miles or 20yrs.

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

Well worth the drive as we are from Maryville Mo. Levi Cocks and Mark Hermosillo had our best interests at heart. Helped me find a new Colorado ZR2 that checked all the boxes! Even had service install running boards and cover before I left on Saturday. Everything I was looking for. Same day also helped my 20 year old college daughter purchase her first vehicle, a Chevy trailblazer. They worked with her preferences and budget to get her a vehicle she loves. Big dealership with lots of inventory, but also with people who care for their customers. What more can you ask for?

Love this truck and will only buy suburban s from now on . LTZ version with every cell and whistle they have . The only other vehicle I’d consider is the Cadillac Escalade .i bought mine in Hawaii then 4 years later shipped it to Oklahoma .
