Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. This car has meet all of our needs from room abs plenty of space for our family. We love how it rides and is very easy to get around considering the size of the vehicle. We absolutely love it

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

In two weeks I'd visited over half a dozen dealerships and some had exceptional customer service, but the sales didn't go through for varying reasons while others had very poor customer relations and the sale didn't go through for the obvious reason. You can imagine my surprise when Bill, the sales manager at Stevens 112, contacted me directly instead of his sales staff. It was a no BS pitch from the start and the price he had for the truck I wanted was already priced to sell--it was already lower than comparable trucks I'd negotiated at all the other dealerships. I've purchased a brand new vehicle without test driving it or seeing it in person, but doing that with a used vehicle was a gamble. This gamble, as it turned out, benefitted everyone. Not only did I go home happy, but I actually paid LESS in fees than I was told on the phone. I literally paid only $145 over the listed price out the door! Bill was a brief conversation, but when he said come see us, take the ferry to LI and I'll have my guy pick you up I was skeptical and thought it was another cheap ploy to get me through the door. NOPE. Frank the sales consultant took care of me and made sure big Mike picked me up on time. These guys were friendly and they don't BS. The price was just right without me having to negotiate and they took care of me. This was a painless and stress less shopping/buying experience that was worth my time and money. Of all the dealerships I'd visited, Stevens Ford 112 had the best and realistic price for their trucks. If they tell you, the truck is priced to sell, they really mean it. Look around at all the other dealerships and you'll know exactly what I mean. The next time I buy another truck or have friends and family who want to buy a truck, I'm recommending they visit Stevens 112 first.

This is my 3 rd suburban in 20 years. Still have the 2002 model. I purchased a2021 SRT trim line. It is very well appointed vehicle with all the creature comforts one would need. Seats are my only gripe for a 6 ft 2 inch 230 lb driver. Seat bottom is short, not supporting entire thigh, firm and not plush, narrow back and seat. I have bot driven more than 500 miles in 4 weeks since I got it.

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

I have been purchasing used and new vehicles from car dealerships for many many years. Some good experiences and some bad experiences. I recently purchased my Suburban from Karls, his dealership is over 150 miles from my home, that's a 2.5 hour drive. What an experience I had. Love this truck and will only buy suburban s from now on . LTZ version with every cell and whistle they have . The only other vehicle I’d consider is the Cadillac Escalade .i bought mine in Hawaii then 4 years later shipped it to Oklahoma .

Well worth the drive as we are from Maryville Mo. Levi Cocks and Mark Hermosillo had our best interests at heart. Helped me find a new Colorado ZR2 that checked all the boxes! Even had service install running boards and cover before I left on Saturday. Everything I was looking for. Same day also helped my 20 year old college daughter purchase her first vehicle, a Chevy trailblazer. They worked with her preferences and budget to get her a vehicle she loves. Big dealership with lots of inventory, but also with people who care for their customers. What more can you ask for?
