They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

In and out, very smooth. No issues at all. The video of the service was pretty Kool. Price is very competitive. All my cars get their service there.

This car is a great addition for our family. Lots of rooms for us with lots of comforts. It will provide us with the space needed as the kids grow.

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

They are great. We have purchased and serviced our vehicles there for 20 plus years. We recommend them to everyone who asks. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not real good on communication, the managers are a little self indulged. They made me feel as though I should be a little more grateful that they would allow me to purchase a vehicle from them. Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

Visited Raymond Chevrolet on 10/10/25 after texting with Blake. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Drew and he seemed to immediately know exactly why I was there. Pulled the car around that I wanted to look at and off we went on a test drive. Drew had more of a consultative approach rather than a high pressure approach which was definitely appreciated. The car drove great, yet my hopes weren’t high due to the fact that I have bad credit because of some stupid mistakes I made when I was young and haven’t spent the time/effort to repair yet. After a quick discussion with Drew upon our arrival back at the dealership, Jerry, the Used Car General Manager, came over to sit with me and he answered every single question I had written down (and there were around 15 of them!). At this point, they already knew my credit situation since I made them aware pretty early on. Instead of just going through the motions, EVERY single employee at Raymond Chevrolet took the time to make sure my questions were answered and ensure I had a great experience and I never felt less than or judged because of my credit situation. After Jerry answered all my questions, I wanted the car! I had previously been denied for an auto loan through a local credit union (even with offering a higher down payment than I did at the dealership). It didn’t take long at all and after a very short wait Jerry came over and approached me with his thumbs up, “we got you approved.” I was literally shocked….Sure, I didn’t get the best interest rate possible, but with my credit, simply getting an approval at all was amazing. At this time it was around 9:30 PM and the dealership closes at 9:00 PM. If there was an employee that was needed to make this happen for me that night, they hung tight and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Janelle, the Customer Experience Manager. Janelle walked me through some very important Tesla specific topics and was very patient with me. The entire time I felt like I was being HELPED, not SOLD. Any “add-ons” were throughly explained and literally each one made sense with my situation (kids, first time Tesla owner, Chicago winters, etc.)… They offered me what I really needed, not just what they could make extra money on. Janelle made sure that I was clear on everything and then I wrapped up the process with the Sales Manager Cooper. Cooper made the signing process extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to get done, got done that night regardless of the time or any obstacles we encountered. At this point, I was extremely happy with my experience & it was time to head out at which time Jerry (manager) and Drew (sales person) escorted me from Antioch to Pleasant Prairie just so that I could take the vehicle home THAT NIGHT. Keep in mind, by the time we arrived in Pleasant Prairie, WI, it was at least 1:30 AM. My plan was to check out a vehicle so that I could then go look for a co-signor because I didn’t think I stood a chance of getting an approval; however, the folks at Raymond Chevrolet made it possible for me to make ONE trip to the dealership, purchase the vehicle ai wanted AND take it home that same day… All while going above an beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and having a great experience which I 100% did. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOUR CREDIT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, I URGE YOU TO VISIT MY NEW FRIENDS AT RAYMOND CHEVROLET AND JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO WHAT MANY PLACES JUST AREN’T ABLE TO - ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS (non-judgement environment, friendly and extremely helpful staff and even the ability to obtain an approval for financing for someone with POOR credit). OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

They have a lot of trucks for reasonable prices. I recently bought a 2013 Ford F150 came out very clean. It runs good and I recommend them to anyone else who’s looking for a good truck
