2021 Chevrolet Tahoe LT review
I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and
I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

Although we bought our car new in 2022 ( a 2023 Equinox) the excellent service didn't end on that day. We continue to drive the 100 miles for scheduled service.(oil change etc). We could find this service closer to home but we are sure the A++ service would not be the same. When we bought the car from "FUZZ"...and dealt with their finance dept. we were blown away by the personal attention to details and amazing personalities ....however, we've found the same excellent customer care in their service dept. and office personnel. It is such an unusual experience to find such PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE and so much attention to detail . It's almost unbelievable to find such perfection in a business these days. If Jim Butler Chevrolet in Fenton isn't PERFECT they are as close as I've seen!!! No wonder JIM BUTLER is the Chevy POWERHOUSE!!!! Thank you all so much. Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it
