I had arrived exactly at 1100 AM and he was looking out for me… We exchanged greetings and we walked by where the car that I had come to see… Examined and sat in car and went over the features. Had a good vibe talking with him.. Nice demeanor and positive attitude on letting me voice some of my questions about the car…. Driving cross country with my son, who was moving to Iowa from Washington state. His 2002 Toyota with 200K + gave up on I90 on the Missouri bridge and he had to be towed to a shop. Willrodt Ford was the only shop in Chamberlin that would make time to look at it. Got there and could plainly see the cracked engine block. Patrick in sales did a great job working with us in my son's budget and set him up in used car that my son now loves. No high pressure sales, no unpleasantness, got back on the road and finished the trip in a lot nicer car than we started in. Only slight delay was they wanted to to a full lube and oil before we drove off. If they weren't so far from Seattle, I'd be looking there for my next car too.
