My cousin told me about this dealership so I came in looking for a particular car but my focus was quickly changed once I realized how much selection there was in my price range. This was our first experience with Jacob and I have to say we will never use a large dealership again. It was a first purchase of a car for my son and Jacob went out of his way to educate him and to make him feel very comfortable explaining everything step by step. The car we bought was a low mileage Subaru and it was extremely affordable and fairly priced. I actually admired the fact that when we asked if he could lower the price at all, he said no because it was already fairly priced. His honesty impressed both of us! Jacob also made a point of following up with us regarding financing and other questions and he went out of his way to accommodate our late scheduling. The car is perfect and we could not be happier. This man is a throwback to the old days of trust.
