The dealership is relatively new so the facility is very clean and well maintained. All of the people that I met and delt with were welcoming, friendly and polite. If the dealership wasn't so darn far away from where I live, I would gladly frequent it more often. Anthony Saba was the salesman; a nice young man and easy to work with. Tylor (sp), I don't remember his last name, was the person who handled the financial side of my purchase. Also, very friendly and easy to work with.

we went to Phillips Chevy in Lansing to look a new cars, we were greeted by Mike Stramaglia who showed us some new cars. as we were looking at new cars he found a used car for us that was much more reasonable and with the features we wanted. Mike is a great guy very knowledgable about cars and what customers want. thank you mike we will enjoy our Treverse.

WOW! What a GREAT experience! I took my sweet time finding the right vehicle in the right color and I mean, I took my sweet time. My salesman, Emilio was patient, not pushy, never seemed to get annoyed with my back and forth decisions or that I made him wait a looooong time to pull my credit. He was just a joy to work with the entire process. In addition, when he was away from me, other employees asked if I needed water or anything while I waited. Everyone was super nice! The final process of purchasing with finance was also pretty amazing. The one I worked with, forgot his name, was super nice, explained a lot, very personable and even gave me a pointer on how to get money back on my trade in vehicle from the previous dealer. Overall a TERRIFIC experience! I bought an Equinox RS EV, it?s sooo smooth and quiet. I LOVE IT!!! Thank you AutoNation Chevy for a wonderful buying experience and a beautiful new car.

Very spacious. Pleanty of room for the whole family. Great ride. Has alot of options. Climate control for each row of seat and usb ports for each row.

Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. Everyone was very attentive! The only drawback was filling all the forms out online to save time, then having to do it a 2nd time when we got there. Since we live an hour and 1/2 away it was stressful.
