A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

You did a great job helping us out. We needed a new battery and you had it and put it in right away.

Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. We purchased a used car from Robert and he was extremely respectful and went out of his way to be helpful. We needed to get a car trailer to get the car back to Louisville Kentucky. He was able to find one and reserve it for us. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with everyone. We will always remember the great service and friendly staff. We will remember them if we make any future car purchases.

Thank you so much for a great experience. Chad, the salesman, that I worked with was great. I was a bit nervous before coming in this morning due to my daughter's experience with a salesman at the Kunes next door to this one. But it quickly became a great visit. He was patient and did everything he could so I could drive the car off the lot today. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. He also promised to get me a manual for the Hyundai Tuscon I bought that is missing. I hope he keeps that promise. The salesman, Roel, who was the one next door that my daughter had was not so good. He was demanding and was not very truthful. I believe that he would sell anything or say anything just to make a sale. He demanded that I get in there to cosign for my daughter for a car that was way over her means. Cosigning for someone is a very huge thing and should never be demanded even by a salesman.

I love my car and getting it was super easy and stress free. I feel like I got it at a good price and I felt like staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
