A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

After I had agreed on a monthly payment, Jim an the other members of Bergeys continued to work with the banks an get my monthly payment sufficiently lower then what I agreed upon, without me even asking. Great dealership to work with. I was kept informed throughout the process. My sales agent was great to work with. When I arrived to pick up the car my sales agent was busy with another customer, and it took almost an hour before I was attended to. Other than that, all went well.

After part was ordered, TCM, I was kept aware of time frames. No cost due to the outside warranty coverage plan in place. Labor costs at dealer challenging.

The service department did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my random radio blackout on my 2021 Equinox. This was not a simple issue, but they solved it. The part was back ordered and took several weeks before it was available from GM. They gave me a loaner car and kept me well informed. I am very pleased with the service department.
