Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

I found it difficult to make an appointment on the phone. Many calls no answer! I made the appointment in person at the service desk with Alyssa in the afternoon, that went well. Later that afternoon and evening I got text messages asking if I wanted valet service which I agreed to. The next morning when I had my appointment, I didn?t hear from the valet and called Courtesy Ford to find out the text messages came from AI ( Daisy) and had not been scheduled with the service department. That was a bit troublesome having to make a later appointment with valet and the service department. Once that was done everything went well. The valet people kept me well informed as to their arrivals and was much appreciated .
