They take a video of your vehicle explaining the condition of your vehicle and what was the cause of my problem with my truck, which was a recall. I took my 2025 Chevy ZR2 for first maintenance on 2-16-26 at Hessert Chevy at 6301 Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia. The service was excellent the staff were friendly and they had a nice sitting area where they had a coffee bar. Very impressed with this dealership..

Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.

Ask for Larry Campbell. He is friendly, knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable with the car buying process. Overall, great experience.
