So the car had cosmetic damage and they tried to sell it as is as I was like no I’m not buying it like that so they “fixed” it super fast but not really and I said no I’m not buying it like that so they fixed it for real and then I bought it. So props to them for fixing it appropriately but it just took hours to do it the way it should but shame on them for trying to get me to buy it as is. They were nice the whole time though. Easy to work with.

They printed out their prices for each item. When I got home I made some calls. I spoke with Andrew Brent at Coulter Nissan. He gave me their prices for the exact same services and was $200.00 cheaper than Avondale Nissan. Andrew got me in the next morning and completed all of the services. He was great to work with! Just leased my sixth Murano, five of which came from Port City Nissan. For a steadfast lover of the Murano like me, deciding on a model and options is never the challenge. Getting a very competitive deal, respectful treatment and great follow-up service from the dealer is what matters to me. That's what I've always found at Port City Nissan, and that's why I've gone back for five new automobiles. My 2021 Murano SL is a beautiful vehicle. New Muranos are currently in rather short supply, so the PCN staff had to look far and wide to find me what I wanted. My salesman, Tim Merritt, along with Brian Lehman, Chris Nash and Eric Haley all did their best to make the entire process as pleasant, straightforward and efficient as possible. They really go above and beyond to treat their customers as customers want to be treated. Best of all, the PCN folks are honest and fair-minded professionals who do their very best to meet the customer's expectations. I'll be going back to Tim, Brian, Chris and Eric for Murano #7!

I had saved her email, and recently replied to it saying I could come in now and shop for a car. We set up an appointment, again, and I walked into the dealership recently. She was glad I saved her information. I told her the car I wanted and she was on top of it right away. It was very smooth and very Impressive because of her. She made it so easy and comfortable for me. I was pretty blown away. I have been at other dealerships and not had good experiences. I went in on a Saturday. She was determined I leave with a car the same day, since I have not had a car for a few years. I was just using lyft, Uber, and buses to get around. Just a big load off my shoulders thanks to Anna. I will always remember this. She is so open, patient, and very intelligent. I will always come as long as Anna is there. I hope someone praises and recognizes her for my excellent service to me.
