I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

I always enjoy the service provided customer service is great in parts as well as the staff in the showroom area. Later down the road I will be looking for another vehicle but, not at this moment.

From the car buying to the servicing of my vehicle, Joseph Chevrolet and all of the staff have been so helpful and just absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! My service experience was perfect! I got everything done I needed and in a timely manner as well! Angela was helpful and was there the entire time to answer questions or whatever it may be. After the service was done, she explained what they did and even walked around and made sure I was satisfied with it before paying!
