This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

We have been buying our cars from them for years. We recently need to have a car service and required a rental while ours was being worked on. We received the best service. Car was under warranty , they provided the free rental and kept us in the loop of what was going on. They really do treat you as family and care about their customers. I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

Eli H was wonderful..he was so nice dealing with my tired kids..he gave us exactly what we wanted without pressure or trying to sell us something else. Considering it’s a 3 cylinder car, the performance exceeds expectations. If you’re looking for speed and power, you’ll be disappointed; it’s not designed for that. It’s a small SUV, designed for economical transportation and it doesn’t disappoint on that front. Very comfortable, handles great, great on gas, looks nice and even the base model has everything you need. I miss the push button start which is lacking on the base model, but not a huge issue, and no button on the remote to open the rear hatch is annoying too, but again, I’ve adjusted! Otherwise, you have to consider the low , very affordable price as a trade off. I love it! GM has a winner!

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

First, let me say that I don’t necessarily enjoy reading long online reviews when considering a major purchase, but I really can’t explain my experiences at Reedman Toll Subaru in one or two sentences. If you want an honest description of what it was like to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, here it is. I’ve been around the block and have purchased many used vehicles. As a former auto mechanic who has worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years, I’ve rarely purchased a used vehicle from a new car dealer. We own a 2014 Acura and really like it, so when we saw a 2013 Acura at a local dealership (Davis Acura) we decided to check it out. The price was a bit high, and apparently we were taking the salesperson away from an important TV show or card game, as it was quite obvious he wasn’t especially interested in selling us a car on that particular day. The next day we saw a very similar vehicle online (at a much better price) at Reedman Toll Subaru. Although they’re over an hour from our home, I had the day off and we decided to go see it. Our salesperson, Matt T., didn’t know we were coming but was asked by the online sales representative we’d spoken with to show us the car. The car was nice but had several small dents in the fender, which looked like an amateur repair job (and may well have been), and it definitely detracted from this seemingly well-maintained vehicle. As a result we were quite hesitant to pay full price for the vehicle. Matt apparently spoke with his manager (Shawn S.) and then came to us a few minutes later and asked if we would consider buying the car if they could fix the dents. We told him we would certainly consider it, but we weren’t going to pay more, and we weren’t going to commit to purchasing the vehicle until we saw the repairs. Matt said fair enough, and they took the car to their body shop to remove the dents and repaint the fender. As this process would take several hours, we really didn’t want to have to drive over an hour to get home and then come back again later to see the repairs. Matt said, “How about if we bring the car to you? If you approve of the work you can buy it, if you don’t there’s no obligation.” This was more than fair, so they completed the work and brought the car to my wife’s workplace. The work was well done so we completed the purchase. We were certainly satisfied so far…but then the brakes started squealing loudly a few days later. I took the car to my mechanic and he discovered that the rear brakes were worn down to almost nothing and the car was not drivable. I knew the vehicle had just been inspected before we bought it (not by Reedman Toll Subaru), so I called Reedman Toll and spoke with manager Shawn S. He asked if I could send him an estimate of the necessary repairs (over $400). I did so and he approved the work that day. The car was repaired by my mechanic and I received reimbursement from Reedman Toll about a week later. Matt and Shawn were in communication with us during the entire sales process, answering questions and addressing any and all issues that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It became quite obvious to us that these two gentlemen stand behind their products and are extremely customer service-oriented and responsive, even well after the sale. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to Reedman Toll Subaru and ask for Matt if I was in the market for another car.

I switched from a Hyundai Sonata sedan to the '25 Chevy Trax. I like the exterior as well as interior look of the car, especially given the reasonable price. Gas mileage is good and the car rides comfortably. The controls on the driver side are a little close to one another, but overall, I'd highly recommend this car.

Just bought my 2021 Chevy Trax in January, And nearly 2 months later I still love it. I don’t drive a lot, But I’m looking forward to taking it on a road trip. It has great power and just takes off. I get in and out easier then I did in my 2014 Ford Fusion. Roomy enough for me and love the features. Love the Color which is red. So cute I can’t stop admiring it. With under 35000 miles I hope it last for years to come. At my age this Trax will be my last vehicle.

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

I leased my 2015 Chevy Trax (basic trim) new on March 2025 as my 21st birthday present to myself. Since it’s my first official first car purchase, I was on top of my maintenance. I’ve already taken it to a lot of road trips and decided to own it October 2018. Took it to more road trips ever since. The issues I had on it has been the AC. I did a whole 100k service on it as well, and have had to replace the spark plugs. Otherwise, the engine is still running great on me and now at 110K+ ! I am looking to replace this car at some point in the near future though since I’m growing out of it already. But I’m super happy with this car (I named my Trax as Trixie) as it has been reliable on me most of the time. It was fun to drive in my 20s and I personally love the handling on it as well. I’m driving my 2015 Trax till it completely dies on me. Would be a nice surprise if it gives me another 50-100K+ miles— we shall see!

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

I was looking online for a car in their auto group. I've never shopped online for a car. They made the process very trusting and made me feel as I was on their lot talking in person. This is a great place to look for a car 6 hours from my home. That's better than I get from local dealers here where I live.

I downsized from a 3 row/8 seater chevy traverse Lt to a basic chevy trax, nothing fancy. I like the familiarity of all the chevy vehicles, it made it easier to transition. This is a great little sporty car. Its a mix of suv look with car storage. Its not as fast as my other car, but the gas mileage seems great. I've only had it for a month though.

The customer service was great. My salesperson Billy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process go smoothly.

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax. First their webpage, had great pictures and info on vehicle we were looking for, and at a fair price. After our test drive, Trax basically sold itself, we were pleasantly surprised, handling, features,and space in a smaller package. So next was just to finalize our deal, this is where Andre and Klick Lewis truly shined worked to get us the best financial rate (better than our pre-approval). We were right on budget, and had an additional warranty that we did not expect to have. I have bought many vehicles in my lie some new and some used. This is the 1st time i truly felt good about a purchase, no second guessing or buyers remorse. We left feeling like everyone made out well, our sales person, Klick Lewis, and of course us we went home in a great car, for fair price, and a new friend/business that we look forward to working with. Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

Like the Auto 4 wheel drive living near Buffalo, N.Y. So far short trips only, comfortable, have the LT model good gas not fantastic, ride good because of large tires, a little stiff.

Purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Colorado which was totaled in a Traffic Accident within three days.. someone failed to use a Stop Sign in front of me causing my loss.
