Considering it’s a 3 cylinder car, the performance exceeds expectations. If you’re looking for speed and power, you’ll be disappointed; it’s not designed for that. It’s a small SUV, designed for economical transportation and it doesn’t disappoint on that front. Very comfortable, handles great, great on gas, looks nice and even the base model has everything you need. I miss the push button start which is lacking on the base model, but not a huge issue, and no button on the remote to open the rear hatch is annoying too, but again, I’ve adjusted! Otherwise, you have to consider the low , very affordable price as a trade off. I love it! GM has a winner!

Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. They took the time to show me a few cars I was interested in before I was able to make my decision. It has been a fantastic experience and a very smooth transition from beginning to the end, thanks to guys like Joel, Oscar, Mike and Jhonatan. I switched from a Hyundai Sonata sedan to the '25 Chevy Trax. I like the exterior as well as interior look of the car, especially given the reasonable price. Gas mileage is good and the car rides comfortably. The controls on the driver side are a little close to one another, but overall, I'd highly recommend this car.

Very sporty looking, economical and fun to drive car without breaking the bank. It’s is my second one sold 2024 model after driving 40k never given me trouble. Exterior and interior is next level you won’t get bored of. Don’t get fooled with the 3 cylinder I don’t even realize how quick it hits 150 kmph on hi-way. I figured with high octane gas it’s even faster you can think of. Hope this helps.

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. This was super helpful as I leave 2 hours away and wanted to make sure all the numbers were buttoned up before I made the trip down. Unfortunately Ruben was off today but answered his cell phone and arranged for his peer Lee Makarwich to help me when I arrived. They coordinated well and Lee had the Tacoma cleaned up and ready for me to check out upon my arrival. Lee went to bat for me with a discrepancy with the value of one of my trade ins and made sure I got the deal I was expecting. He was very professional and took great care to make sure everything was explained properly and that I was taken care of. We settled on a short term/high mileage warranty and gap protection to protect me from any unforeseen expenses that may occur in the future. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure dealing with. This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

Easy and Smooth transaction. Car was in pristine condition. There wasn’t much haggling on the price, their adds are pretty decent compared to the other dealerships I went to.

I leased my 2015 Chevy Trax (basic trim) new on March 2025 as my 21st birthday present to myself. Since it’s my first official first car purchase, I was on top of my maintenance. I’ve already taken it to a lot of road trips and decided to own it October 2018. Took it to more road trips ever since. The issues I had on it has been the AC. I did a whole 100k service on it as well, and have had to replace the spark plugs. Otherwise, the engine is still running great on me and now at 110K+ ! I am looking to replace this car at some point in the near future though since I’m growing out of it already. But I’m super happy with this car (I named my Trax as Trixie) as it has been reliable on me most of the time. It was fun to drive in my 20s and I personally love the handling on it as well. I’m driving my 2015 Trax till it completely dies on me. Would be a nice surprise if it gives me another 50-100K+ miles— we shall see!

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. Just bought my 2021 Chevy Trax in January, And nearly 2 months later I still love it. I don’t drive a lot, But I’m looking forward to taking it on a road trip. It has great power and just takes off. I get in and out easier then I did in my 2014 Ford Fusion. Roomy enough for me and love the features. Love the Color which is red. So cute I can’t stop admiring it. With under 35000 miles I hope it last for years to come. At my age this Trax will be my last vehicle.

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!
