I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

I was looking for a car similar to the one that I already had and noticed that dealership had what I was looking for!! I flew in to Chicago and John picked me up from the airport. He drove me around showing me where Michael Jordan lives along the way to the dealership. When we got to the dealership I was greeted by his son's whom work with him at the dealership. We sat down , he discussed the everything about the vehicle to me ( which he previously did over the phone) he showed me pictures of he and his kids and some of the Hot Rod's he had/ he sold ( my father and I are/ were also into Hot Rod's) We all had some laughs about his boys driving Hot Rod's to high school and what is teachers thought about it back then. I gave him the remaining balance due and I signed the papers for the vehicle. While sitting there listening to John (the owner) along with listening to his son's.. I thought, WOW... WHAT A GREAT FAMILY ....NOT TO MENTION A GREAT FAMILY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! Before leaving informed me that he had driven the vehicle and let me know ahead of time everything about the vehicle and basically told me that it was a solid car and that I can easily without any problems drive it back to Maryland (Germantown - which I did of course)--- without any problems-- whatsoever!!!!!!!! To conclude this review, I will say this. John and his son's offer you a phenomenal experience when you go to their dealership and here are just some of the reasons; THEY ARE HONEST, UP FRONT, NO HASSLE, CARING, FRIENDLY, TRULY WARM ..... I can really continue to on about my experience with the family here at this dealership..... above everything.... it made me TRULY FEEL THAT I HAVE A FRIEND IN CHICAGO!!!!!!! This dealership, this family and their business TRULY IS THE EXAMPLE AND SET THE STANDARD FOR NOT ONLY A SMALL BUSINESS BUT ALSO GIVES YOU THE CUSTOMER THE REASON WHY WE OFTEN GO TO A SMALL BUSINESS INSTEAD OF A BIG BUSINESS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! I went for the annual emissions test and it failed because of the evaporator in the charcoal area. There is perhaps a weak voltage going into the system.

Harold Chevrolet! Josh, Joe, Chris, Dakota (anyone I missed) Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. I reached out about a vehicle 3500 miles from my house. The salesman (Dakota) didn?t pressure me at all. We went back and forth for a few days and ultimately made a deal to buy the truck. $1000 BELOW Sticker! (That might not be a big deal to some but where I?m from that?s unheard of. Next step was getting it across the country. Way too nervous to put a beautiful truck I?ve paid for and never seen on the road without me. So I said I?m flying out. Without hesitation they offered to pick me up at ANY airport. We are talking Chicago, Detroit, Indy. Wow. If Jew into Chicago and was picked up at 2 in the morning by Joe and Josh. Great guys. (Josh can?t drive for xxxx. LMAO) Got to the dealer right when it opened. The truck was out front, washed and full of gas. I signed in 2 places and was out the door in 30 min. Took me 4 days to drive home. (For some reason it took 2 days to get through Vegas) This dealership is awesome. To see a local community, a group of employees that are like family really gives me hope. Sad that someone actually working for your business is so rare today. I live in California, when they list a vehicle here for $60k you drive all the way to the dealer for some shmoozy salesman to put a $25k mark up on it and then make you feel poor. ?That?s what we?re getting for em? Harold Chevrolet really opened my eyes to how far down the hole most of these companies have gone. ILL BE FLYING OUT FOR MY NEXT CHEVY!

I’ve had 3 of this generation Equinox since they came out in 2018, and I got rid of the other ones just because I wanted something else. This time I got a Premier 2.0T AWD. It only had 33,000 miles on it and I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far so good. The 2.0T should’ve been the only motor this car came with!

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I bought my LTZ as a Certified Pre Owned, already 5 Years old. I have driven it for 3.5 years and just had to pay for my first Repair - a broken motor mount. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I am 6' 4" and go 250 lbs so space and comfort are paramount for me, and I could not be happier.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

Great car overall. Could use a little more pep. But for what the car is intended, as a good gas mileage low priced car, it’s hard to beat.

I have a 2021 blazer 2LT V6 AWD. I bought it new and I have 62000 miles on it. I have driven it through 8 states with it. This is the most comfortable anx fun SUV I've ever drove. I does feel like the rear-end slippes a little in the winter but it when through the snow with no issues and recently an ice storm. The Continental tires that came with it were not that great. They road rough and a lot of noise on country roads. They didn't seem to last very long either. A set of Firestone tires and the ride was better and less road noise. Better on snow and ice. I really like this blazer. I think the price is a little hight with just a few options.

For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car!

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

I’ve had a great experience with this car. It’s reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive on a daily basis. The engine runs smoothly, transmission shifts without issues, and maintenance costs are reasonable. Interior is practical and comfortable, and overall the car meets expectations very well for everyday use. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.
