I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

I own and have owned Automobiles from a 1969 Lincoln Mark III, 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham, 1983 Buick Riviera, 1991 Mercedes Benz SEL, 1993 Jaguar XJS Convertible, 1994 Mercedes Benz SL500, 2 1996 Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas, 2005 Audi A8L 4.2, 2008 Audi A8L 4.2 most of these Automobiles I still own. This Special Order, Chrysler 300 Platinum Edition, V8 AWD, Harmon Kardon, Tow Package, Every possible option now with 27k miles is no doubt the Very Best Automobile in my current collection and probably this best vehicle I have ever owned; it rivals the 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham (440 V8 4 Barrell) in Luxury, Comfort, Reliability and Performance. This Automobile is a Keeper!!! I get so many compliments on it at all times. It handles and performs as well as the 2 Audi A8 but is extremely reliable. It has only been to Dealership Serivce for Scheduled Maintenance only.

The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.

After owning a 2017 and 2020 Charger R/T, I do miss the power and sound of that 5.7 hemi, but my 2022 300S w/ the 3.6 V6 (300 ponies) aint no slouch but the gas mileage is phenomenal. I prefer the sportier look of the Dodge over Chrysler but this car is much quieter inside and handles as well as my 2020 Charger R/T Daytona did. Seats are supportive, sound system is amazing and always I'm always getting compliments on what a beautiful car it is. ❤️

Overall, the experience was very good. We purchased the car from Mo, a polite, soft spoken man that gave us zero pressure during the entire sales process. His communication was excellent throughout the process. The car needs a bit of work, but it was listed at a great price. He offered an optional extended powertrain warranty, and fixed a worn-out serpentine belt when a local mechanic pointed it out during a pre-sale inspection. Thanks!

I bought a used 2006 Chrysler 300C (V8 Hemi) with 144,000 miles on it for $8500. Outside of regular maintenance (tires and oil), I have replaced water pump, alternator, coolant reservoir (cracked), radiator, and all suspension over the 6.5 years i have owned it. I see a few people saying they had nothing but problem after problem with the car, I have not had that experience. The suspension was the most expensive part, but the suspension i had on the car was original so needed to be replaced. I am currently at 333,500 miles and the car still runs great. I plan on using this as daily driver as long as possible. I even take 3-5 hour drives fairly often. I also drive 1.5 hours per work day to get to and from work. I have probably spent $1200 - $1300 in repairs since me and my brother did the repairs. From a dealer, that would probably be more like $3000 - $4000. This is equivelant to a $12000 ($4k repair from dealer + $8.5k car purchase) dollar car that has lasted me 6.5 years and still working.

Great performance. The interior is designed well. It is easy to use. Well designed human engineering. Excellent style exterior and interior. Good reliability. The appearance is a timeless design. My car is ten years old and it still looks great.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine

Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics.
