This review is honestly just a thank you to Chris Perez at Paradise . I was walking through the lot trying to clear my head because I had a lot going on mentally and emotionally. It was really hot outside, and Chris happened to notice me while he was out taking pictures of vehicles. He came over just to say hi. I told him I wasn’t looking for a car and was honestly just walking, and instead of trying to push a sale or make things awkward, he just talked to me like a normal person. He offered me a bottle of water, asked if I was local, and we just started having a genuine conversation. For some reason I ended up opening up a little about the struggles I’ve been dealing with, and he told me he understood better than most. That alone meant a lot because sometimes you feel completely alone when your head isn’t in a good place. We ended up talking about life, family, and just trying to get through hard times. He mentioned how he’s basically been around the dealership since he was 13 because his dad worked there, and how he met his wife there and now has three daughters. It didn’t feel like customer service or someone trying to sell me something. It felt like a real human conversation with someone who genuinely cared enough to listen for a few minutes. At one point he told me that talking about things can actually help and said something I’ll probably remember for a long time: “If not talking about something hurts this much, might as well see what talking feels like.” That honestly hit me hard in the best way possible. I truly don’t know where my head would’ve been that day without that conversation. What probably felt like a small interaction to him genuinely meant everything to me in that moment. I didn’t know how else to thank him because my head really wasn’t in a good place at the time, so I figured writing this review was the least I could do. Chris probably has no idea how much that conversation helped me, but I’ll always appreciate it.

Fuel injector repair with a few hiccups. First one O-ring blew and it had to be towed from my job, but they fixed and had back to me sane day. Then next O-ring blew and had to go back. I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since this model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.
