I love this car. I was very hesitate to go from SUV's to a car. I love that it is all wheel drive and such a comfortable ride. Don't miss my SUV at all. I have been driving it now for two years and have 30,000 miles on it and no issues at all.

I live 80 miles away and found a vehicle I liked and asked them to run my credit before I drove there. They did a great job of getting me approved even though I messed my credit up. As I was driving up there I was hoping they didn't have pictures on their website that really exaggerated how nice the car was. I was shocked that the 2008 jeep was even nicer in person. I'm very weary of used car lots because of the reputation that some of the bad ones give the industry, I would in a heartbeat buy here again because they have the most important qualities, honesty and integrity.

After looking on CarGurus, we saw they had a couple of Acura's at a very good deal. We had the opportunity to work with AJ, who help us out with seeing both, answering all our questions and test driving. After we were completely satisfied with the vehicle, we then talked with Pouria who help us get the best deal and even letting us trade in our extremely used older Acura for much more than we expected! We got through the deal and brought it home. After driving a few days, we noticed a noise with one of the wheels. After calling in they transferred us over to Carlos in the service department who asked us to bring it in and took care of the issue within 24hrs. Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon.
