I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I am thankful for the staff in the service department at Lakeland Volkswagen. They are helpful with every aspect of my service appointment. I am greeted as soon as I arrive, updated about my car’s progress as I wait, and even walked to my car when the work is complete. I would especially like Ashleigh for always being so kind and helpful.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

We purchased a 2005 PT cruiser which just wasn't running right. We took it to Thunder Chrysler for repairs. It took three visits to the service department, a lot of perseverance and a lot of detective work, but they got it fixed and running right. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I use to hate buying a car! The cheesy sales person that would tell me a price, then when we sat down the make the deal not only did it take 4 hours, but the price would end up higher than we had talked about....well that was until I met Katisha ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Katisha actually changed my whole view of buying a car. From the moment we connected she was so personable (texted me a picture of her and my new car), upfront, told me the price I would be paying and had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

My salesperson was Malcom. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Every single person at this dealership was amazing to work with, even the ones who weren’t working on my sale specifically. The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN’T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn’t have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference. From phone conversations to in person experiences, this dealer proved to be top notch! Would absolutely work with the staff at Brandon Ford again!!

A little more than we needed, but it has everything we need and then some. It should be comfortable when taking long trips. Like the SiriusXM radio.

I just got home. I left my house at 7:30 this morning and was at the dealership for five hours. BUT I had asked them to do a complete assessment and they did everything. I love these people. As I drove up my little four legged service person got all excited. She knew where we were and she has a lot of friends there. Everybody came out to greet us and help us descend. As a rule I am treated as someone special. I'm not but I am 87 years old and they are careful to take good care of me. I know them all but am losing my ability to remember names so please forgive me guys but Roderick, Arsenio, Luis, Denisa are so kind and I wrote down their names so I could remember them. My car was very happy and I don't know what all they did but she was very happy. (Yah! She's a lady). I have a very serious suggestion: Now I have no intention of ever buying another car , BUT, wouldn't it be great if you could go to a dealership, (as a woman not knowing much), and find a salesperson there, (of the female persuasion) who not only knows cars but knows the mechanics and has been taught the correct way to sell? I would scout places that teach car mechanics and see if a female is part of the student body and offer her a course in selling and a job. Maybe she just wants to be a mechanic but you could still call on her when you have a woman to sell to. Just an old lady's idea. I encountered a super female salesperson at a Honda dealership in Kissimmee, FL about 25 years ago. The only reason I didn't buy her car right then and there was I had decided I wanted a Chrysler. Anyway, You guys get all the stars. I know i can trust you.

The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Limited is an amazing automobile. My wife loves it, and I find it to be more comfortable than the past three Cadillacs we have owned. It has so many features that I could never recall all of them accurately. LOTS of bells and whistles and conveniences are readily apparent while driving and/or riding! Highly recommend.

From the showroom to the service from Michael Sèvigny and Rick Sèvigny was excellent, very professional and was very knowledgeable about the car my daughter purchased. The showroom was very clean as well as the outside. I would recommend Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland to anyone that is looking for a new or used car. bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)
