We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

I started my purchasing journey with Rockwell Kia through an email query and completed it by purchasing a Certified Previously Owned Telluride Prestige X-Pro. I went through some quick exchanges through chat leading to some phone conversations and negotiations for a good deal. When we arrived at the dealership the staff were very friendly and helpful. Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

Don't know how, but I lost my truck key, of all places inside the house somewhere. Been putting off get a replacement tinking it will show up while I use the spare. (which was just a key and not a FOB) Dropped by Rockwall Ford the the gentleman in the Parts department took care of me in just a few minutes. I then took it and the truck to Javier in Service to get it programed. Got me checked in, let me know the cost and the time involved. The process was fast and just a little painful. I do suggest to keep a mclose eye on the keys for now on, but if they turn up lost, it's not the end of the world. Rockwall Ford and all of the people there always take great care of me and especially, my F150. Thanks.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I leased a Subaru Ascent limited edition 2023 model last week. I had the pleasure of working with Roger Venegas, Sales Professional at Brandon Tomes Subaru. He is one the best sales person i have come across. He understood my needs, was caring and guided me on the sales process, was very transparent and worked very quickly on the sales process. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. Everyone was so helpful and the finance department explained the paperwork in a way a first-time car buyer could understand. I definitely recommend Autos of Forney!

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.
