This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I was very impressed with salesman John Berghoff and the O’Daniel Ford Dealership in general. John is straight forward, very knowledgeable on Ford products, very Customer Focused, and great to work with! He was very attentive to my every question. I e-mailed John before ever stopping into the dealership and he quickly responded via e-mail with answers to my questions about MSRP and the A/Z plan price for the 2019 Ford Edge – Titanium with the options I wanted. I also had many questions on functionality and the Hi Tech features included in the vehicle. He offered via e-mail to bring a vehicle to my house and let me keep it overnight to try out all the features and take it for a test drive. Although I didn’t take him up on his offer, I was very impressed with his customer focus and decided to stop into the Dealership the next day. At that point John encouraged me again to take a couple of Edges for a test drive, which I did and soon fell in love with the vehicle. John also offered to negotiate with me on prices for the Ziebart Gold Plan and an Extended Warranty, items that I believe help protect my investment. I wasn’t ready to make a deal after the first trade-in value offered by O’Daniel Ford for my 2007 Lincoln MKX that day and expressed that to John, but he continued to send me info on the car and expressed his interest in earning my business in the future when I was ready to buy. Sales Manager Brent Swartz came out and introduced himself and also stated he would work with me to get the prices lower on the Ziebart Gold Plan and the Extended Warranty. I left the Dealership very impressed with O’Daniel Ford, although not yet ready to buy. A day later John Berghoff sent me info about a company called TradeRev that O’Daniel Ford collaborates with to help customers get better trade-in offers. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later and to my surprise I was offered exactly what I needed to make the deal. John got me a new F150 Ford Truck as a loaner until they could get the exact 2019 Edge I wanted from Indianapolis. After I made the deal, General Manager Mr. Jeff O’Daniel came out to John’s desk, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left the Dealership extremely impressed and very happy that in a few days I’d have my new 2019 Ford Edge. I can’t think of anything the staff could have done better unless they would have given me a new car for free! :) Seriously, they did everything they could to answer my questions and negotiate with me to give me what I needed to move forward with a purchase, all without making me feel pressured to buy. After years of purchasing many vehicles from another local Ford Dealership I have become a happy new customer at O’Daniel Ford and plan to take all my future purchase and service business there!

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Routine oil change, tire rotation and fuel system check for my new Trailblazer. I stayed at the facility during service. The team was friendly. The waiting area was nice and clean. Work was finished in a reasonable time. I am happy to bring my car here for service.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I love my car. Have had it nearly 2yrs and have had no problems. It's interior looks really nice, and with kids in and out of it everyday it seems to be holding up well.

The Stykemain Service department, Mr. Stover and service technician, provided excellent customer service with exceptional pricing which included new tires, brake/disc/rotors.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

I visited Preferred Auto on a limb on Saturday searching for a very specific GMC Acadia (I'm very picky). I am sad that Chrysler is no longer making the 300 model. Even if it could be revived as a hybrid. I currently get over 30 mph on the highway and mid 20 mph in the city. It literally idles along at around 1500 rpms or less at 55 mph. At 8 years of age, its exterior and interior look new.

If you buy a vehicle though when they say your first payment is such a date if you do payment by weekly or weekly make sure you make payment before the payment is do because by the date it's due they will want full payment on that date then after that it's weekly or by weekly

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

I bought a used 2005 chrysler pt cruiser a few years ago. My wife found in in Trenton , NJ. It was a one owner with just over 30,000 miles on it. We only drove it a few blocks, tried the convertible top and was sold on it. I had a small accident a few years ago but it was fixed fantastic like new. I love my car everything works like new and always getting some compliants Inferno Red Black Top Will never sell it!

My 2008 Touring Sebring is approaching 16 years and it’s been the best. With only 129,000 km, the only repairs have been 2 brake jobs and new tires. It is comfortable and very reliable. The only down side has been the inevitable spots of rust due to the salt placed on our maritime roads in winter. I undercoat yearly and remove rust when I notice it in a body shop. Love this car 💕

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
