Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.
