Scheduled a maintenance visit. I got there a little early and they got me I right away. The maintenance was finished in a timely manner while I waited.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

So glad I made this purchase. Very pleased with my Pacifica. Drives nice and I have lots of room and for a big van its easy to navigate. The remote start will spoil me along with the heated seats and wheel. I will not be trading this in anytime soon.

OK well I have always owned a Chevy maybe five of them in my past. When the Pacifica came out I like the features of safety and the size room for everybody. Since I have had this vehicle I have had a couple of problems one problem that shouldn’t have happened until at least 50,000 miles. I have 19,000 miles on my car and I’ve had battery problems I am a little disappointed and now happy that I bought the extended warranty because I am afraid a bit of the future a little disappointed in the car. Hoping that from now on I shouldn’t have too many problems keeping my fingers crossed.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

What a fun day we had with our salesman, Ron Zontini. He made the car-buying process easy. Despite the anxiety of purchasing a vehicle and the unfortunate demand during this pandemic, we got through it unscathed. It helped that we did our homework. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have a 2006 touring. I bought it with high miles an an the second owner. I've had the car for over 7 years and it's never not one time left me stranded. It performs great and has plenty of power even though it's only a 6 cylinder. I did add a touch screen double din and got rid of the Mickey mouse stock radio and got a backup camera too which helps a lot. I had 3 subs added and customer paint. Everything else is stock. Had issues with the a/c and got the condenser replaced which fixed it. To be honest when I got the car is drove smooth like a new car and still does. This is by far my favorite and best car I've ever owned. I'm thankful to God how good is been to me.

Chris Adams helped me to get my backup camera working again when backing up by telling me how to reset my camera . Chris saved me a service appt and money. bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Just purchased my 3rd car from this place. My other two cars ran great and were sabsicvently used as hand downs to my kids. Now I'm in truck.

This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.

I’m glad they offer both courtesy drop off AND pick up from your home within a certain mileage, other dealership closer to home does not

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.
