Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I just bought a used 2012. It has all the options offered for that year. I am am very pleased with it. It is lust like new with 140,000 miles. It drives and handles like a brand new car.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I recommend anyone that would like a good car sales person- Nick is the very BEST! I truly enjoyed working with him. I will definitely go back to Nick!

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Service dept was on top of getting me in and out and also provided loaner. Car was done next morning. the grass is greener on the mountain!!!!!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Scott Viau was a very patient and helpful sales rep. I was not sure I really was looking for a Jeep , but he found an excellent vehicle choice for me and did not pressure me . Once the transaction was completed he spent a great deal of time showing me all of the many features found on this car. He helped pair my wife and my phones and truly made me a future customer.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

So glad I made this purchase. Very pleased with my Pacifica. Drives nice and I have lots of room and for a big van its easy to navigate. The remote start will spoil me along with the heated seats and wheel. I will not be trading this in anytime soon.

Had good experience with the sales rep who helped me. Appreciated their themed Hawaiian week decorations for some morale boosting! The car I test drove didn't end up being the one for me, but if it had I would have been happy to purchase from them.

The process of turning in my last vehicle and taking delivery of a new Jeep Patriot went super smooth and timely. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"!
