I have purchased my last two used vehicles from Willy Herold for my teen and now college aged daughter. The second purchase was simply an upgrade from the first :) My in house buying experience has been more than outstanding. She is always prompt, knowledgeable and responsive to any and all questions and always finds me the best possible price for my needs. This is for the vehicle itself as well as any service or repairs and even new tires. She also always works with me to get all my needs taken care of. The service department is very highly recommended. Lynda and her team do an excellent job with repairs on all my vehicles with the best prices in town. My youngest will be driving age soon and we will ABSOLUTELY be using Janet Lane and Willy Herold Automotive to find the right type of vehicle for him.

2014 Ford Focus. Best car I have ever driven. Fun to drive and I look sexy driving it. Passed it on to my daughter, 177000 miles and still runs great.

Over the years we have purchased at least six vehicles from Willy Herold that I can remember and will continue to purchase vehicles from them. The ladies in the office are awesome and work with you to make purchases happen. They have their own maintenance department and any repairs are made at a discounted rate. I am looking into purchasing another vehicle in the near future and would not even think about going to another dealership.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

It’s a Toyota…It’s a Camry…It’s reliable, economical & dependable. Enough said. Perfect commuter vehicle, or starter vehicle for new driver that is easy and economical to maintain.

The 2 ladies at the service counter Alaina & Cheena were amazing and professional. They went out of their way to make sure i was satisfied.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

My wife and I were tired of looking at used cars at poor dealership facilities with uneducated staff...then we found Rick Gilbert at the Columbus Mercedes Benz Dealership. First and foremost, he had a quality used BMW that fit our budget and immediately addressed minor details most dealerships would overlook as “normal wear”. He was very attentive to our schedule and desire for a good feel ending. Absolutely a fantastic experience, no fake stuff here. I would highly recommend Rick and this dealership to anyone!! First off all. This car is 100% gangster, legit to the core. The level of performance, curb appeal, and luxury refinement is unparalleled. Its the nicest car I've ever owned. Literally, every time and I mean every time I take it out people stop and stare, kids cheer, it turns heads. I don't know how else to describe it, but It makes you feel special when you drive it. The hydraulic steering is superb. The "I am Legend" pandemic runs I had in it we're amazing. Its like the more you push it, the more confidence inspiring it gets. It makes you feel like you are some kind of road boss, where you can just mob down any road or car you want; effortlessly. This is especially true when you put it Sport+. And the exhaust sound - forget about it! Its so bad xxx - super addicting. ** The one thing you must be careful of is: 120 mph feels like 30 mph. So you really have to watch your speed. It was designed to be an Autobahn ripper - so it has a way of "velocit-izing" you. It took me ~2-4 weeks to get used to driving it after coming off a Porsche 911. The hood is long, and its a big car. But it doesn't feel like it when you're driving it. The seats are very comfortable, which provides a sort of xxxx-pit like experience. Because of the moon roof, it helps to make it feel like there is more room. I used it as fun weekend car whenever the weather was nice. So could you daily drive it? Yes. But its not designed for city street driving really. As I alluded to earlier - its for traveling at high speed over long distances kind of car. The only negative side I have is that for city driving its not that great. Specifically, the transmission is jerky if you only do stop-and-go type driving at low speed under 15 mph. Its not terrible, but if I had to do this type of driving day to day, I would choose another car. Finally, for me, this car represents freedom. Freedom to lose yourself in the driving experience. Where you become one with the car, explore, and have fun adventures. As soon as I get in it - its like all of my problems seem to slip away. Its a very rewarding car, and I strongly recommend it.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

The scheduled appointment was on time. The dealer provided me with a complimentary Uber ride to work. I was kept apprised of what was being done through texts. I picked up my vehicle after work without any costly surprises. I enjoy working with thus dealership.

Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Everyone was very courteous.The proceess did not take too much time. Everything was explained in a understanding manner even when it came down to the extended warranty.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

While they were getting my truck serviced we decided to do a little shopping. My son, who is in the Army got a great little Bronco Sport at a great price with a Military discount.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.
