We have owned the car for a month and have put on 3,000 miles. Its a lot of fun to drive but the passenger side is really lacking in leg room and the center console controls are difficult to get to. Its a real head turner!

I have only owned this vehicle for about seven months so far, but it is SO much fun to drive with the top down. The interior is a fun layout with buttons located in easy reach, and it's just a blast. I'm a large man - 6'1" and 275, and I still fit very nicely in it. Great leg room, surprisingly large trunk, and just fun! The only drawback I can see to this car is the visibility with the top up is awful. That said, the car is designed to be driven with the top down, so that makes sense!

I absolutely love my Solstice GXP. It's got all the pep you could ever want,it handles & corners like it's on rails! I laugh everytime I see & easily pass Miata's,what a joke they are. I see people complaining about no storage space with these cars! Yes a little more space would be nice but that's what my truck is for. I go every 2 weeks & get groceries & supplies & I spend between $250-$400 and i can get it all in the car. And there are big items in there like 2 cases of pop,a big pail of Cat litter (the 35 lb. pail) and lots of other items. 12 rolls of paper towels, I do use the passenger & floor too but I can get it all in there. I also see people complain about cup holders,and somewhere to put change. The guy in Delaware. There are pockets on the front of both seats,rear of them too. Also the cup holder on the passenger side of console by their left knee,as well as the 2 behind your right elbow. If it bothers you that much buy the aftermarket cup holder for these cars! I'm 6 ft tall & don't have any sight problems he complained about,my Solstice has a power seat button that raises & lowers the drivers seat (only) not forward & back. The button is between your knees more on the left side. I had my car for almost 3 yrs before I discovered this. LOL I took the seat out to install some wiring for the interior lighting I put in,that's when I saw it. The only thing I can complain about is the location of the power window buttons. When I rest my right arm I accidentally hit the buttons and the windows go down. But that's not a big deal. Besides this winter when I put the car away I'm going to relocate them to the center console behind the shifter,because I can! The stereo system is quite impressive for a factory unit. I've had several thousand dollar Alpine,Nakamichi,ADS,Eclipse,Denon systems in my cars thru the years & this is comparable. Could use another subwoofer,to really get the bass i want. But it rocks! My brother always says I can't believe that's a factory system!!!. I love my Solstice. Everywhere I go i get asked what kind of car it is,how fast it is,and they love the color,Mean Yellow! I get alot of looks,especially when I get out of it because this spring i installed the Lamborghini door kit. So people really freak out when they see that. I think for giggles I'm going to buy either Lamborghini or Ferrari emblems to put on it. LOL I did tgat on a Dodge Neon i had years ago, i put Chevy emblems on it. When i traded it in the salespeople laughed hard when they saw it. I bought it in August of 2018 with 13,000 miles,I've got 36,000 on it now & haven't had a single problem. None!!!!

I have had a Lexus 430 SC for 8 years I love this car.I had a Mita before,.wanted a heavier car to drive on the interstate.this car is a dream very smooth ride. Easy top Down....had very little problems. It's unique and beautiful....I love the back seat..great for a dog or child or your coat and purse. . The mita had nothing...no it's not for everyone, but I like it....better than any new car....Getting ready for a new timing Belt , which they say will take care of most of the maintenance for long time. It is a 2004. They only made this car 2002 to 2010..

After 20 years of dreaming, I found my Egyptian Sand Pearl ‘03 beauty with 142910 original miles. Got most of its records and it had great care! I have changed all the fluids and timing belt water-pump Tensioner, thermostat, hoses & radiator to drive everyday in the summer and fall! Mileage on super has been 19.8 to 22 mpg mostly city driving ! It has been nothing short of a fantastic cruiser! Make sure you do the tb and wp every 9 yrs or 90000 miles and the engine will be bulletproof.

Great car. My wife calls it a "Chick Magnet." The only fault the car has is Getting Parts! Once you have the parts, finding someone who knows about the car is a real trip! most mechanics don't want to touch the car. But with all the potential problems, still love the car!

On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I bought my 2007 Boxster S about 6 months ago after totaling my 4x4 off-road truck. It was a massive change for me to switch over to a roadster, but I couldn’t be happier I made the switch. I purchased the car with 58k miles on it. Lots of Porsche owners say that’s a ton of miles for the cars, but mine feels just as tight, spirited, and smooth as some of the newer model Boxsters that I test drove. I haven’t had any issues with the car after putting about 5k miles on it, but I did have to replace the clutch, flywheel, clutch bearings, and pressure plate about a week after I bought it. I knew the clutch was worn out, so I worked that into the purchase price. I also had to replace a horn that went out. No biggie. The clutch on any manual will wear out after a while, and the previous owner either didn’t know how to drive a manual properly, or just rode it hard. I was pleased to find out that the 2007 Boxster S doesn’t suffer from the IMS issues earlier models did. I asked my mechanic to check it out while they were replacing the clutch, and he told me it was a non-issue in 2007+ models. I take it out for a drive every evening with the top down (it’s summer in ATL GA), and I can’t stop smiling driving it around. It’s the only car I’ve owned that I get excited about simply driving it to the grocery store. It certainly limits what I can go pick up at Home Depot, but to be honest, it has a surprising amount of storage space considering it’s a two person roadster. Sure it’s older... but owning one, I never feel like I’m driving a 12 year old car. Drives and handles better than 99.9% of 2019 sports cars I test drove before taking a chance on a 987 Boxster S. I did end up replacing all the speakers and audio head unit with a CarPlay enabled one, and installed a small subwoofer. The original Bose speakers were pretty bad. It sounds amazing now, even with the top down. I couldn’t be happier! I hope it lasts another 100k+ miles so I never have to stop driving it.

Did not love the styling at first but it's really growing on me.Looks way better in person than pictures. Very comfortable ride and quiet, top up or down. If you want to address the acceleration concern look to sc430mods.com they sell an accelerator modulator $99. It turns this car into a beast! and you can vary the rate of acceleration. This makes the car xxxx and git. love the mod, plug and play too. Also someone ask about backup camera, they also have a plug and play camera set up that lets you go right through the nav system, come on in reverse and goes back to nav all the rest of the time. Also added a bluetooth receiver $20 on amazon. my 2002 has a aux in the back so it plugs right in, press fm if aux comes up on screen it has a direct connect, sounds awesome. only early models had this I think. This is one great car!

I have an ‘05 in indigo ink pearl, it drives super smooth and looks great! A lot of people have no love for the wheels, but I think it just adds to the unique quirky nature of the car, personally I love them. A good thing about the wheels, is they can be changed to something even more hideous, if you like. This car is never going to light the world on fire, but most people that see it, have never seen one before and I get compliments all the time.
