My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.

This vehicle is a true from of luxury and simplicity. The vehicle has great curb appeal and the seats are beyond comfortable. The standard Pilot Assist is a fun feature and definitely helps you out on those long drives and when you get a little tired and sloppy on the road. The only thing I found a little difficult finding on the vehicle is the heated seat controls and the button to open the hood of the vehicle.
We have bought three cars from RBM, all from Eric Konigsberg, who has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at any other car dealer over the years. We'll buy our next one from him as well. Service had also been excellent. In over 20 years we have had only two service reps. Dennis Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Here is email I sent to Dale Harrison, General Manager: Good Afternoon All, I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to express to you the great experience I encountered on Saturday leasing my first of many mercedes I plan to lease. It started with Lynette Brown, a friend of mine who works in your Corporate office taking time to inform me of the many incentives Mercedes offer for purchase or lease. She referred me to Casey while taking time to contact her on my behalf. When I finally connected with Casey I set an appointment to see her thinking she was in sales. I have had a lot of more expensive Mercedes (luxurious) and sorry i decided to choose a less expensive model as it is disappointing for a Mercedes. It is noisier, has fewer amenities, etc.

A true joy to drive. Comfortable and quiet. This is my go to vehicle for traveling. Not as much leg room in the back seats as my F150 Quad but much quieter.

Wonderfully comfortable car with all the modern technology. But it is under-powered. It has the same engine as C300, but heavier car. If you just want luxury but don't care about performance, this is the car for you.

I thoroughly enjoy the Mercedes brand and yesterday I purchased a new 2018 SUV. It was big enough for all my needs and handles like a sedan. There is plenty of head and legroom in the front and back. I also appreciate all the safety features included in the model. Although the car is only six months old, I purchased it as "used" and saved a considerable sum. $$$ :)

The Tiguan is just the right size and maneuvers well. It is good looking and performs well too. It is great for hauling things around and handles very well. It is an all around excellent car.
The TDI that I purchased was originally "not for sale" that was supposed to be sent to an auction. The Sales manager Talas worked with me because it was the only one on their lot. He put new tires on the car, fixed a wheel bearing, and got me a great price. I was very happy with how the took care of me as their customer. Silvia was incredibly nice and was the best agent to work with. The dealership was no pressure, down to earth, good people.

From the time we entered the dealership to the completion of the deal our sales rep Dan Burris was 1st class all the way. No haggle, no upscale, just straight ahead professionalism. Very knowledgeable about the product and even introduced us to our new service manager prior to departure. Breaks constantly . Reason why it goes from 75k msrp to 30k used 2 years old with 30k miles. Constantly in under warranty repairs and you don’t evwn get a Maserati loaner car.
If Mr. Dan Burris is an example of all the emplyees in Ferrari and Maserati of Atlanta you have a pristine operation. I recently pursused a Ferrari from your dealership and worked with Mr. Burris. I cannot say enough to how pleasant and easy was my visit. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Prompt and multitasked from sales to finance. He follows through on each detail and treat you like one of his family. The facility was clean, nice and comfortable. I was very satisfied at the end of my visit and it was the easiest purchase I made in my life with Mr. Burris help. I'm looking forward to work with the service department when it comes to that time and I'm hoping it would be as pleasant as my visit to your dealership last weekend.

Love the Macan! You get the utility of a small SUV with the absolute drivability of a Porsche. Holds the road like a small sports car. The 3.0L V6 in my model S has enough power to be crazy fun without getting me too many tickets... Although the 3.6L would be cool. The interior is very comfortable with amazing fit and finish. Leather is nice and soft. Back seats don't have a ton of room for adults, but I don't ride back there!! It is pricey to buy and to maintain, but it IS a Porsche. When I'm ready, I'll buy another one.
I recently purchased a Maserati GranTurismo from this dealership. This is the 4th car I have purchased from them in the last 8 years. This purchase was not unlike the rest ??? stellar service from start to finish! As usual, Dan made my car buying experience awesome! He answered all my calls/emails immediately and made the buying process easy and most importantly fun! I have been in love with Maseratis and Ferraris for most of my life and love owning them, but what keeps me coming back for more is this dealership. When I buy a car from these guys, I know I am going to be treated fairly and with respect. I also know that the process will be exciting! Taking delivery of a car from this dealership is one of my favorite things to do! Simply put, I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!

2018 RRS has been back 7 times since i got it in June, 5 of those times from December.
1 Softwear update and service error
2 Brake camera replacement
3 Adblue error with engine light
4 to 7 engine light
To make this as short and accurate as possible, I was in the car buying process for about 3 months. The very first time I went to Subaru of Gwinnett I went only for a test drive. Nelson, my salesperson acknowledge my intent and was very respectful of it. After several weeks, Nelson Never did once try to push me or rush me into deciding to buy a car. He allowed me to test drive another model I was interested in, and over the course of a few weeks, we worked together to find the perfect car. Once we determined what car was best, he did an outstanding job at finding the car and getting us a good deal on it. When it came time to purchase the car, the process was very painless and quick. Overall, an increible experience, I cannot recommend them enough

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
Just like the first time in and out with ease no pressure they showed us what we wanted. We settled on a price then we drove it home.

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
Brett Bauer was lovely to work with. He coordinated our delivery and put a personal, friendly face on the car buying experience. We appreciated his open, honest demeanor and willingness to work with our busy schedules. A pleasure and would recommend to anyone!
