Bought this car new in July 2016, it has a been a great experience. It has 12,400 miles on it, and is barely broken in. Well engineered in my opinion.

Lithia always takes good care of my 2020 Chrysler Voyager. My engine produced metal contamination that ruined my engine at 60,000 miles. Service manager Yuriy Papush help me get a factory new replacement engine thru Chrysler Care for a fair price. I just had a catalytic converter replacement at a fair price this last week. I have come to trust Lithia dealership for my service needs.

I had a Camaro before and if your not going to be racing on every stop light ( mustangs) then looks is everything. The car is gorgeous to look at, feels heavy when driving around but safer than the Chevy. Just let it roar and never mind your 0-60 times is about the big engine feeling. Just keep it classy and between the speed limits ... You already got the trophy.

I have the 2018 Challenger Scat Pack. It just wants to go! Touch the accelerator and POW! I also have an '09 Vette. They are both very powerful cars and both very comfortable...but they are very different. The Vette is a more refined sports car. The factory exhaust is quieter and it does get better mpg but when you hit the pedal it goes. The Scat Pack is a brute. If they were both animals I would describe them as...the vette would be a Cheetah, sleek, quiet and very fast, the Challenger is a Grizzly Bear.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. If I could give 10 stars I would! I did not go in to buy a high end car (trust me, they have some amazing ones!) but they treated me with the respect that I may have well been buying one. They weren’t pushy at all and unbelievably helpful. Jake, Chase, and Dusty were very helpful and made the experience great. Knox was my hero through it all, my situation needed some time and attention and he was not there the whole way but battled for me and gave me advice throughout. If I ever win the lottery, I would go in just to buy one of their high end cars as a thank you alone, much less the fact that their inventory is incredible!

Jake answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all. He got the best interest rate that he could for us. We left Redwood Auto feeling like we were treated with respect and that they cared about the sale of their vehicle to us.
